It is our time to ascend. The same people who oppressed us cannot come up with solutions for us, nor can we continue on this unsustainable path. We can do this on our own. We MUST do this on our own. It is our responsibility to create our own new world - one that is equitable, sustainable, and renewable for all of humanity. This is our mission as leaders. We can create our own new world.

Thyra is the CEO and Founder of RePAIRations. She spent the majority of her career as an Emergency Manager, Consultant, and Policymaker. She is a wife and mother of two. Her aim and goals are to utilize RePAIRations to facilitate the rise of black people all around the world and to do so with love and gratitude to create a regenerative world.

Kali is an educator, a doula, and holds a double master's degree in early childhood development and social work. She is a mother of three. We cannot talk about the future without speaking about educating our youth and she has much to say on the topic. Spirituality is her medium and love is her language.
